1. General Information
CLEAN TIME ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. By engaging with CLEAN TIME, accessing our services, or using our website, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and refrain from contacting or engaging with CLEAN TIME.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CLEAN TIME. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope of Services
CLEAN TIME offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Regular residential cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• Move-in/move-out cleaning

• Commercial cleaning

• Specialized cleaning services (e.g., carpet cleaning, window cleaning)

All services are provided on a per-visit or recurring basis, as agreed upon with the Client. CLEAN TIME reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

1. Informational Pricing: The prices listed on our website, brochures, or other materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing will be determined after an on-site evaluation or consultation with the Client.

2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash or Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. However, we will address any concerns or issues to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Access: You must provide CLEAN TIME with uninterrupted access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees or cancellation of the service.

2. Safety: You are responsible for ensuring the property is safe for our staff to work in. This includes securing pets, removing hazardous materials, and notifying us of any potential risks.

3. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about your cleaning needs, including any special requests or areas of concern.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the CLEAN TIME website, including text, images, pricing, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of CLEAN TIME and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of this material without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

1. Limitation of Liability: CLEAN TIME strives to provide high-quality cleaning services; however, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

   • Pre-existing conditions or damage to the property

   • Client negligence or failure to fulfill their responsibilities

   • Unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

   • Loss or damage to items not disclosed during the initial consultation

2. No Warranty: Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our cleaning services.

3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CLEAN TIME, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, you must notify CLEAN TIME at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Company Cancellation: CLEAN TIME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or staff availability. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to pursue claims in court, including class actions.

9. Miscellaneous

1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CLEAN TIME and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3. Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
